Robert Charette

Robert Charette is a Mechanical Design Engineer (EIT) at Dometic since January 2023, with extensive experience in mechanical engineering and design. Prior roles include working as a Suspension and Controls / Vehicle Dynamics Engineering Student for the University of Victoria Formula Racing team, where innovative designs, such as a carbon fiber composite seat, enhanced vehicle performance. Previous positions at Dometic involved product design and risk management, while earlier roles included optimizing subsea platforms and developing bike components. Charette holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Victoria, completed in 2022.
