Ron Nowell

Ron Nowell is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in leadership and product development. Currently serving as Chief Engineer at Dometic since March 2018, Ron leads a team of engineers and designers to enhance production awnings through continuous improvement initiatives. Previously, Ron held multiple roles at Whirlpool Corporation from October 2002 to February 2018, including Engineering Manager, where a structural system for a new dishwasher platform was developed, and as Aesthetics Technical Team Lead, creating aesthetics solutions for washers and dryers. Ron's expertise also includes significant contributions at General Electric as a Six Sigma Black Belt, where Ron led projects that yielded substantial cost savings, and at Lexmark as an Associate Engineer/Project Engineer focused on manufacturing processes. Ron holds an MBA from Indiana University South Bend, a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, and a Bachelor of Materials Engineering, both from Auburn University.
