Dominion Cares was founded with the aim of delivering exceptional home cares services through the combination of premier home health care and community-based health care services in eleven counties of Minnesota, from the Twin Cities to South-central Minnesota.

We can organize a complete and customized Plan of Care for both geriatric and pediatric patients in the comfort of their homes based on individual situation: advanced age, temporary or long-term physical or mental disability, recovery from surgery or an illness; and Children with autistic or behavioral needs including ADD or ADHD.

Tailor-made services are available for a couple of hours a day or week to round-the-clock, 24-hour care.
