We specialise in senior backend and platform engineering hires for Series A–B payments infrastructure scaleups in London.

At this stage of growth, engineering quality directly impacts product velocity, uptime, and regulatory reliability. Hiring the wrong engineer can slow execution. Hiring the right one accelerates scale.

We work closely with fintech teams building payment orchestration, embedded finance, open banking, and high-uptime transaction systems.

Our focus is simple:

• Senior Backend Engineers
• Platform / DevOps Engineers
• Engineering Managers (growth-stage)

We prioritise long-term partnerships over transactional recruitment.

If you're building in payments infrastructure and scaling engineering, we should talk.

We get results and we get them fast.
