Mitchell Land is currently the Lead Operations Training Specialist at Domino's since November 2023. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at PHMG from June 2018 to November 2023, where Mitchell held multiple roles, including Head of Sales Enablement, overseeing the development and implementation of a successful training program that enhanced employee retention and expedited the onboarding process for new hires. Additionally, Mitchell managed a team of Sales Enablement Managers and led the sales enablement program, focusing on ongoing training and development across departments.
