Trevor Thomas

Trevor Thomas is currently the Corporate Director of Human Resources at Domino's, where they lead initiatives focused on Team Member Experience and Communications. Previously, Trevor served in prominent roles, including Executive Director for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Consumers Energy and Deputy Communications Director at the Human Rights Campaign. With a strong background in communications, Trevor directed responses for the State of Michigan and contributed to significant advocacy efforts, such as the passage of Michigan's first LGBTQ non-discrimination rights law. Trevor holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Grand Valley State University and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
