Michael Davies

Michael Davies is an experienced senior finance leader currently serving as the Head of Finance at Dominus and the Group Financial Controller for Arora Group, overseeing finance operations across multiple business divisions with a total group turnover of £300 million and assets valued at £1.5 billion. From 2014 to 2016, Michael worked as a Finance Manager at HCA, focusing on audit, project budget control, and reporting. Additionally, they managed the full finance function for four service apartments in London as a Senior Management Accountant at The Ascott Limited from 2017 to 2018. Michael's career also includes leadership roles at Valor Hospitality Europe Limited, managing a central accounting team responsible for reporting performance for 35 hotels. They are currently pursuing further education at The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
