Aarzoo D has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles.

Starting with their most recent position at Domo, Inc., Aarzoo worked as a Customer Success Manager for the APAC region since 2022.

Prior to that, Aarzoo spent a considerable time at Professional Advantage, starting in 2018 as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, they served as a strategic point of contact for clients, building long-term partnerships and acting as a trusted advisor. Aarzoo also played a key role in maximizing client investment and returns from solutions offered by Professional Advantage. They spearheaded complex transformation projects and identified upsell and cross-sell opportunities within customer organizations. Aarzoo D completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Symbiosis International University in 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from Jesus and Mary Convent, Delhi University in 2009. In 2005, they completed their Class 12th education in Commerce at Hansraj Public School, Haryana. Aarzoo'ssecondary education, Class 10th, was completed at Ramniranjan Podar High School, Mumbai in 2003. Aarzoo D attended The Lawrence School Sanawar, Kasauli, H.P from 1996 to 2001. Aarzoo later pursued another Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Kurukshetra University starting in 2012, although the end year is not specified. Aarzoo D also obtained the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in June 2020.
