Brandon King

Brandon King has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Brandon has held various roles in companies such as Domo, Inc., Objective Inc, Brooksee, Prestige Solutions, Call Assistant, Mountain Orthopaedic, and Dick's Market.

At Domo, Inc., Brandon started as a UX Designer in October 2015 and worked on designing mobile and web experiences, as well as contributing to the maintenance of the product style guide. Brandon then served as a Design Manager from December 2019 to June 2021. In this role, they managed a team of designers and collaborated closely with product and development leadership. After that, they became a Senior Manager for UX on the custom enterprise apps team, where they led a team of designers and worked closely with the sales team to create and pitch custom apps tailored to customers' needs. Currently, they hold the position of Director of User Experience.

As a Graphic Design Intern at Objective Inc, Brandon completed web and print projects for various clients. Brandon also pitched a branding system that was chosen for production and delivered additional website components within existing brand guidelines.

At Brooksee, Brandon worked as a Designer from January 2014 to January 2015. In this role, they created visual identities for multiple race series, designed websites, email templates, apparel, finisher medals, and promotional materials. Brandon also shot photos for marketing purposes.

During their time at Prestige Solutions from November 2012 to December 2013, Brandon served as the Lead Designer. Brandon branded and designed packaging and accessories for new product lines, redesigned the website, and worked on various web graphics, customer newsletters, and other projects.

At Call Assistant, Brandon worked as a Call Agent from September 2010 to November 2012. In this role, they developed excellent selling and customer service skills in a sales-based environment. Brandon also learned valuable listening and multi-tasking skills by handling multiple conversations with customers simultaneously.

Brandon's earlier work experience includes a role as a File Clerk at Mountain Orthopaedic from March 2010 to August 2010, where they organized and maintained patient medical records, assisted the office manager, and provided translation services for Spanish-speaking patients. Brandon also worked as a Checker at Dick's Market from June 2005 to February 2008, where they packed groceries, assisted customers, and excelled in the "Best Bagger" store competition.

Brandon King attended Woods Cross High School from 2004 to 2007. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design at Utah State University, studying from 2008 to 2013. In 2015, Brandon attended DESIGNATION, where they focused on UI/UX Design, although no degree was specified.
