Eddie Small

Eddie Small has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2005, they worked as a Sales Representative for Saturn. From 2006 to 2008, they served as an Online Marketing Coordinator at The Original Company, Inc., where they oversaw online marketing activities and created interactive content. Eddie then transitioned to being a Professional Educator at Rush County Schools from 2008 to 2016, teaching grades 9-12 and establishing a non-commercial radio station.

In 2016, Eddie joined Shelbyville Central Schools as a Technology Integration Specialist, collaborating with administrators and teachers on curriculum development and advising on technology integration strategies. Eddie then moved to Central Nine Career Center in 2018 as a CTE Innovation Coach, implementing educational technology initiatives and providing professional development to educators.

In 2020, Eddie joined Instructure as a Principal Learning Consultant, where they facilitated the implementation of CanvasLMS in 35 districts during the pandemic and supported organizational goals. Eddie later became the Sr. Manager of Customer Marketing & Advocacy, developing a formal framework for advocacy and creating a story marketing program.

Eddie's most recent role is with Domo, Inc. starting in 2022, where they serve as the Director of Community Strategy. In this position, they have developed strategic initiatives to increase community engagement and led the company's rebranding efforts.

Eddie Small has a Bachelor's Degree in Management & Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University, which they obtained from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Radio and Television Broadcasting Sales from Vincennes University, from 2003 to 2005.

In terms of certifications, Eddie obtained the IT Support Professional Certificate from Google in February 2021. Eddie also holds a Google Cloud Certified G Suite Administrator certification, obtained in August 2018, as well as a Certified Innovator certification from Google, obtained in August 2017. In addition, Eddie has Teaching Licenses of various types from the Indiana Department of Education, obtained in August 2008. Lastly, they obtained a Radio Marketing Professional certification from the Radio Advertising Bureau in August 2005.
