Gabrielle Lybbert

Gabrielle Lybbert has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Gabrielle currently serves as an Associate HR Business Partner at Domo, Inc. since December 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Finance & HR Manager at Nature's Distribution from June 2020 to November 2021, where they oversaw daily accounting operations, managed budgets, and created invoicing systems. Gabrielle also worked as a Billing Consultant at Nature's Distribution from March 2020 to June 2020.

Before joining Nature's Distribution, Gabrielle held the position of Project Manager at Factory6 in 2019, where they designed and implemented a project life cycle process for improved efficiency and customer experience. In the same year, they worked as an Employee Relations Specialist at Vivint Smart Home, spearheading a drug testing program and dealing with employee relations cases.

From 2017 to 2019, Gabrielle worked at Mountainland Head Start, Inc, first as an HR Specialist I and later as an HR Specialist II, focusing on benefits administration. During their tenure, they implemented paperless recruiting and agreement signing, resulting in cost savings.

Gabrielle'searly work experience includes roles at Polynesian Cultural Center, where they served as a Human Resources Specialist, Process and Systems Analyst, In-Center Marketing Administrative Assistant, and Cashier. In these positions, they implemented a new HR system, conducted internal audits, and played a role in system training.

Throughout their career, Gabrielle has demonstrated their expertise in HR, finance, project management, and process improvement, making their a well-rounded professional in these areas.

Gabrielle Lybbert, PHR, completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Management at Brigham Young University–Hawaii from 2013 to 2015. During their time at university, they specialized in the Human Resource Organizational Behavior Track and Finance Track. In addition to their degree, Gabrielle obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI in March 2023.
