Jennifer Ward brings extensive experience in technology transactions, including SaaS, licensing, privacy, data security, and IT services. As Domo's privacy officer, Jennifer drives Domo's global data privacy legal strategy, which encompasses all data privacy and security related matters impacting the company's business. She works closely with internal teams across the company to ensure enterprise-wide compliance and enable the development of scalable privacy solutions that allow for product innovation and international expansion. Jennifer also provides legal support on employment, compliance, and intellectual property matters. Prior to Domo, Jennifer was at Cognizant Technology Solutions where she negotiated several large-scale IT enterprise deals.
