Jesse Wolfson has a strong background in business development and customer success. Jesse is currently the Director of Global Alliances at Domo, Inc., where they are responsible for driving business development and innovative solutions through strategic alliances with technology partners and ISVs. In this role, they lead Domo's partnerships with global cloud providers and partners who enhance Domo's value proposition through AI, Data Integration, & Apps.
Prior to their current position, Jesse served as a Client Success Director at Domo from April 2020 to August 2021 and as a Customer Success Director from July 2018 to April 2020.
Other notable experience includes working at TD, where Jesse held various roles. Jesse was the Associate Vice President of Marketing and Enterprise Customer Data & Analytics from October 2013 to February 2018. In this role, they led a team of analytics and insights professionals and provided targeting, optimization, campaign analytics, customer insights, segmentation, and enterprise measurement services across TD's retail and commercial banking and insurance businesses. Jesse also established a digital and media analytics capability.
Before that, Jesse was a Senior Manager of Customer Analytics from June 2010 to September 2013, where they led a team supporting TD's US Retail and Commercial bank and grew internal competencies within the analytics domain. Jesse also held the position of Senior Marketing Manager - Customer Strategy and Segments from January 2008 to June 2010, where they developed marketing plans and strategies supporting customer segments and lead management systems. Additionally, they worked as a Manager of Contact Strategies from August 2005 to December 2007, where they were responsible for creating and implementing customer contact strategies.
Earlier in their career, Jesse served as the General Manager at JVL Products from 2003 to 2005 and as a Product Manager at Nedcor from 2000 to 2002.
Jesse Wolfson obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Princeton University, where they studied from 1994 to 1999.
