Joe Pecora has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Joe is currently employed as a Senior Customer Success Manager for Enterprise Accounts at Domo, Inc. since June 2021. Previously, Joe worked at Goldman Sachs for seven years, holding two positions during their tenure. From October 2017 to June 2021, they served as a Vice President and Client Relationship Manager in the Global Markets department. Prior to that, from September 2014 to September 2017, they held the role of Vice President in Portfolio Reconciliation & Valuations.

Before joining Goldman Sachs, Joe founded Sweet Home Chicago in October 2003, where they successfully grew the company's annual revenue to over $1.5 million. Joe implemented data analysis tools to optimize the internal database marketing system and achieved a prime cost of 48% by continuously analyzing business metrics. Joe also developed a dynamic and individualized e-mail marketing system and created loyalty and CRM software using MySQL and PHP. Additionally, they assembled and managed high-performing teams, fostered customer relationships for loyalty and satisfaction, and maintained an average purchase frequency of 1.2 orders per month across all clients.

Prior to their entrepreneurial venture, Joe worked as a Trader at Banc One Securities Corp (Chase) from January 2003 to May 2004. Joe also gained experience as an Account Executive at TD Waterhouse from June 2000 to July 2001.

Joe Pecora attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1996 to 2000. Joe obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finance during this time.
