Director, Customer Success at Domo

Nick DeWaal, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Nick started their career as a Warehouse Manager at Mountain West Distributors, Inc in 2003 and held the position until 2006. From 2006 to 2010, Nick worked as the Director of Special Events at Bowl Games Of America. In 2010, they joined eBay Motors and took on various roles within the Merchant Development Organization, with their most recent position being Program Manager in the eBay Motors division. In 2017, Nick joined Domo, Inc. as a Strategic Customer Success Manager and later moved up to the role of Manager, Customer Success. Currently, they hold the title of Sr. Manager, Customer Success at Domo, Inc, a position they have held since May 2022.

From 1997 to 2000, they attended Brighton High School, where they did not receive a specific degree or have a field of study.

In 2006, they enrolled at the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business for their Bachelor's degree in Finance. This program lasted until 2008.

After gaining professional experience, they pursued further education and from 2012 to 2013, they attended Argosy University. Here, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) specializing in Business Administration and Management, General.

In July 2021, Nick DeWaal obtained a certification in High Performance Mindset from Compete to Create.
