Ryan Cheong

Customer Success Manager

Ryan Cheong has established a diverse career in customer success and sales management. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Domo, Inc. since February 2021, Ryan has achieved accolades such as Rookie of the Year and membership in the Presidents Club for FY24. Prior to Domo, Ryan worked at Elixir Kombucha from January 2016 to June 2021, where responsibilities included co-founding the nationally recognized company and managing strategic accounts. Additionally, Ryan served as Sales & Brand Manager at King Sixteen from September 2017 to December 2020. Ryan holds a degree from the University of Kentucky.
