Ryan Scherbel

Ryan Scherbel has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple roles and companies. Ryan started their career in 2002 at National Benefit Services, LLC, where they worked in various roles such as Assistant Administrator, Administrator, Jr. Programmer & Administrator, and DBA, SQL Developer & Sr. Systems Analyst. During this time, they gained experience in database administration, performance tuning, scripting with PL/SQL and T-SQL, and developing web-based systems.

In 2014, Ryan joined Domo, Inc. as a Technical Consultant, where they worked directly with clients to implement and optimize the DOMO SAAS product. Ryan also specialized in ETL, data architecture, and consulting. Ryan had expertise in various databases such as MySQL, Redshift, Postgres, SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase, DB2, and Visual Fox Pro.

In 2016, Ryan transitioned to the role of Sr. Technical Consultant - Partner Enablement at Domo, Inc. Ryan collaborated with the Partner team and education team to build and maintain the Partner Certification program. Ryan also developed self-paced online courses and created apps with UI/UX assistance.

In 2018, Ryan was promoted to Sr. Partner Solutions Engineer at Domo, Inc. In this role, they strategized, architectured, developed, automated, scaled, and supported Domo's Partner Ecosystem globally. Ryan utilized various technologies such as Domo, Python, JavaScript, Node.js, Angular, HTML, CSS, APIs, EC2, S3, SVG, and MySQL.

Overall, Ryan Scherbel has a strong background in database administration, SQL scripting, web development, and technical consulting.

Ryan Sherbel has obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree from Salt Lake Community College. Additionally, they have been certified as a QKA by ASPPA in 2008.
