Adam Apprill

Adam Apprill has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Adam has held various roles in different companies, starting with Enterprise Rent-A-Car where they served as a Senior Branch Manager from 2004 to 2009. After that, they worked as a Territory Manager at Middlebrook Pharmaceuticals from 2009 to 2010. Adam then joined Warner Chilcott Pharmaceuticals, where they served as a Territory Manager from 2010 to 2012 and later as a District Sales Manager from 2012 to 2013. In 2013, they joined Alcon as a District Sales Manager until 2016. Adam then joined Shire as a Senior Regional Director from 2016 to 2019. Following that, they worked at Dompe as the Western Regional Manager from 2019 to 2020 and then as the Director of Commercial Training & Development from 2020 to 2021. Adam was subsequently promoted to the role of Sr. Director of Human Resources at Dompe from 2021 to 2023, before becoming the Head of People and Culture in 2023.

Adam Apprill attended the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Marketing.
