Erika Petersen

Erika Petersen, PHR, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in administrative support and human resources. Currently serving as a Sales Office Coordinator and Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Sales at Dompé, Erika provides high-level operational support while managing complex calendars and logistics. Erika also contributes to the fitness industry as a Spin Instructor at KG Fitness Studio and previously at CycleBar and Crunch Fitness, coaching teams and fostering community engagement. Prior to these roles, Erika held significant positions at Genentech as a Senior Administrative Business Partner and at Peninsula Humane Society & SPCA as Human Resources Manager, overseeing HR operations and compliance. Erika holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from San Francisco State University.
