Laurent Pasteur is the Directeur Restauration et Hôtellerie for DomusVi France, a position held since 2025. With over 35 years of experience in both Commercial and Collective Catering, Laurent has worked internationally with Accor and has been a dedicated member of Sodexo since 1992, taking on various operational roles including Directeur de Clientèle and Directeur Régional.
