Amy Royce has over a decade of experience in various roles at Donaldson, where responsibilities have included Senior Manager of CRM, Sales Operations, CRM Analyst, OED Account Manager, Program Manager, Technical Inside Sales Representative, Customer Service II, and Sales Assistant since November 2010. Prior to this tenure, Amy Royce worked as a Sales Associate at Restoration Hardware from June 2010 to July 2011. Academically, Amy Royce holds a Master of Business Administration from Bethel University, obtained between 2014 and 2016, and a Bachelor of Arts in Fine and Studio Arts and Management Studies from St. Olaf College.
