Chad Webb

Chad Webb has extensive experience in operations management, with a focus on leadership and efficiency. Chad currently holds the role of Director of Operations at Donaldson, where they are responsible for overseeing all operational aspects. Prior to this, they served as Vice President of Operations at Richmond Baking Company from 2020 to 2023. Chad has also held various management positions at Donaldson, including Plant Manager, Operations Manager, Business Unit Manager, and Quality Control Engineer. Chad has also worked as a Plant Manager at Hy-Pro Filtration and an Operations Manager at NSG Pilkington. Chad's career began in 2002 as a Manufacturing Manager at NSG Pilkington.
