Currently serving as Director Sales II for the Industrial Air Filtration Aftermarket at Donaldson, David has held various leadership roles, including Global Director of Sales & Product Development and Small Turbine Segment Manager. David has successfully led transitions to core product competencies, organized agile engineering teams, and managed high-value projects exceeding twenty million dollars. Prior to David's tenure at Donaldson, David worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota, focusing on wind turbine research, and holds an MBA from UMN Carlson School of Management and dual master's degrees in Aerospace Engineering and Physics/Mathematics from reputable institutions.
