John Knop

John Knop has over two decades of experience in business process management and training, currently serving as the Engine Training Manager at Donaldson Company Inc. since November 2007. In this role, John Knop is a Primary Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) expert, responsible for designing and implementing strategic training programs, creating communication content, and enhancing PLM processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Previous roles include Business Process Lead and Account Representative at Donaldson, as well as Category Marketing Manager and Marketing Specialist at Conklin Company. John Knop holds an MBA in Marketing/Marketing Management from St. Cloud State University and a BA in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
