Joseph Graff is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in the aerospace and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer at Donaldson since January 2020, Joseph focuses on Rotorcraft Inlet Barrier Filters within the Aerospace and Defense organization. Prior to this role, Joseph spent over six years at Watlow, progressing from a Rotational Engineer to a Manufacturing Engineer, and eventually leading the design team at the St. Louis manufacturing site. Joseph also contributed to the development of the FLUENT heater product and gained valuable experience during internships at both Donaldson and Watlow. Joseph holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology and a Master of Engineering in Engineering Management from Iowa State University.
