Mike Lexa

Mike Lexa is an accomplished cybersecurity leader with extensive experience in IT and cyber strategy across various sectors, including manufacturing, mobility, and agriculture technology. Currently serving as Chief Information Officer at Donaldson, Mike focuses on global IT and cybersecurity initiatives, driving digital transformation and securing critical systems. In addition to this role, Mike contributes as a board advisor for Upstream Security and Dune Security, emphasizing the importance of cybersecurity in connected mobility and security awareness training. Mike also engages in workforce development as a board member of Dakota State University’s Cyber Leadership and Intelligence Board, guiding the creation of qualified cybersecurity professionals. Previously, Mike held significant roles at CNH Industrial, Entrust, and Target, where substantial cybersecurity programs were developed and transformed. Mike’s academic achievements include credentials from the FBI's CISO Academy, Harvard University, and degrees from multiple universities.
