Paul Henry

Paul Henry has a diverse work experience with roles in various companies. Paul started their career at National Australia Bank in 2007, working as a Performance & Productivity Manager, and later as a Continuous Improvement Projects Lead. In 2012, they moved to Donaldson, where they held several positions including Improvement Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Head of Operations, and Sales Director. Paul became the Managing Director in 2021 and currently serves as the Director of Operations. Paul'sareas of expertise include operations management, sales, and continuous improvement.

Paul Henry earned a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma from nab Academy in 2009-2010. Prior to that, they obtained a BE Hon Class 1 in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Newcastle during 1995-1999. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Finance Course for the Non-Financial Manager from the Centre for Continuing Education in 2019.
