Ryan Crawford

Ryan Crawford is a highly experienced engineering professional with a strong background in product validation, mechanical engineering, and process development. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Product Validation at Donaldson, Ryan leads a global team, implementing strategic planning, data management, and laboratory information systems while developing technicians into engineers. Prior roles include Prototype Lab Supervisor and Senior Mechanical Engineer at Entrust Datacard, where Ryan excelled in cross-functional leadership, component design, and testing metrics. With previous experience as a Staff Engineer at Donatelle and Process Engineer at Enefco Ltd., alongside foundational work at Pratt & Whitney, Ryan has demonstrated expertise in quality management, project management, and engineering processes. Ryan holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maine and an AAS in Machine Tool Technology from Central Maine Community College.
