Thomas Johnson

Thomas Johnson, BSME, MBA, CPPM, has extensive experience in program management and business development within the engineering and sales sectors. Currently serving as Manager of Program Management at Donaldson since January 2008, Thomas leads a team focused on executing new programs for engine customers, collaborating across various departments from sales to production. Previous roles at Donaldson include Global Account Manager, Account Executive, and Project Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed developing new business opportunities and leading engineering projects for product improvements. Prior experience includes a position as Design Engineer at Minco, overseeing the Wirewound Heater product line. Thomas holds a Master of Business Administration in Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, both from the University of St. Thomas.
