They began their career as a Bridge Inspection Intern with the Oklahoma Department of Transportation in 2013, before working at John Zink Hamworthy as a Structural Engineer from 2015 to 2023. Currently, Matthew is employed as a Forensic Engineer at DONAN, having transitioned from a role as a Senior Structural Engineer at Zeeco, Inc. from 2023 to 2025.
