Donate Life Indiana is an alliance of agencies that exist to save and enhance lives by registering organ, eye and tissue donors through the Indiana Donor Registry. Established in 1998, Donate Life Indiana is the state affiliate for Donate Life America.

Thanks to Donate Life Indiana: 

- Over 3.5 million Hoosiers are registered organ, eye and tissue donors.  

- BMV employees throughout the state ask every license, permit and ID applicant "Would you like to register your decision to be an organ, eye and tissue donor?"  This partnership has allowed us to achieve extraordinary donor designation rates.  77% of Indiana drivers are registered donors!

Our mission is to inspire all Indiana residents to save and enhance lives by registering as organ, eye and tissue donors.
