Phil Herbold

Phil Herbold has extensive experience in facilities management, currently serving as Facilities Tech at Donatelle since May 2007, where responsibilities include the care and upkeep of a 120,000 square foot manufacturing facility, overseeing the A/C and heating systems, security, building automation, and all remodeling and repair tasks. Prior to this role, Phil held the position of Facilities Manager at Vision-Ease Lens from February 2000 to May 2002. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Manufacturing Engineering from St. Cloud State University, earned between 1978 and 1983, with additional coursework in music.
