Aaron Derose

Aaron Derose is currently an advisor at Dónde, a previous company they also worked for. Aaron has also worked for Color Factory, Emmersion, Kiln., RIVN, Total Health and Fitness, Swell Capital, and SteelHouse. At Total Health and Fitness, they were the CEO, board member, and advisor from September 2016 to May 2020. Aaron's responsibilities included family office, venture capital, and angel investments. Aaron was also responsible for raising capital, sourcing new investment opportunities, negotiating transaction terms, structuring investment securities, leading due diligence efforts, and providing oversight and value to the Mercato portfolio. In 2015, they were a board member at SteelHouse and was honored by Utah Business Magazine as a "Top 40 under Forty."
