Perry Hibner has extensive experience in education and communications, beginning as a substitute teacher for Monona Grove School District from September 2010 to July 2011, where instruction spanned several subjects at various school levels. Prior to this role, Perry spent over two decades at Wisconsin State Journal, serving as Assistant Sports Editor after starting as a reporter and copy editor. Since September 2011, Perry has been the Director of Communications for Middleton-Cross Plains Area School District, focusing on fundraising and development strategies for the Education Foundation, and currently holds the position of Lead Survey Strategist for Donovan Group Intelligence since July 2021. Educational qualifications include a BA in Journalism and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a teaching certification in History from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
