DBAS's main goal is to make a difference in the world by changing the lives of at risk and disabled children helping them feel connected to the abled world.

Named by Deaf children created to bridge the gap between the Deaf and Hearing communities. DBAS was originally established in 1989 by Patricia Riley.

The original goal of DBAS was to bring thousands of children from all over the world hope and empowerment on many different levels.

Throughout the years DBAS has transformed into a whole different level of hope and empowerment. Not only empowering and bridging the gap with children but also with the Deaf and hearing communities; making the needs and desires of families and communities a reality.
