Kate Kaishauri

Kate Kaishauri has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Kate began their career at Hackensack YMCA as a Camp Counselor in 2000. From 2001 to 2003, they worked as an Education Volunteer for the Peace Corps in the Republic of Georgia, where they taught English and conducted teacher training workshops. In 2003, they joined Central Bucks Family YMCA as an Associate Director of Membership, responsible for managing staff and facilities, as well as coordinating CPR trainings.

In 2007, Kaishauri joined Dontech Inc as a Customer Service Supervisor and held this role until 2014. Kate then transitioned to becoming the NE Regional Territory Manager, overseeing sales activities in the region, until 2016 when they became the Eastern Regional Sales Manager. From 2018 to 2020, they served as the Key Accounts Manager, responsible for account management and growth.

Most recently, Kaishauri served as the Sales Manager at Dontech Inc from 2020 to early 2021, where they managed the Sales Department, collaborated with customers on design and manufacturing of optical components, and ensured world-class account management. Kate is currently the Director of Sales at Dontech Inc, leading the Sales Department and providing engineering support and supply chain optimization for avionic, military, medical, and industrial programs.

Kate Kaishauri completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History at Bucknell University from 1996 to 2000. Kate recently pursued a Master's degree in Management and Organizational Leadership (MMOL) from Delaware Valley University, which they are expected to complete between 2021 and 2023. Prior to their university studies, they attended Council Rock, though the specific start and end years are unknown.
