Henri Rove

Henri Rove has a diverse work experience. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Financial Accountant at Ro-Line Oy, a sports equipment importer. At the same time, they also worked as a Research Assistant at Aalto University, where they were hired for their proficiency in data consolidation, statistical programming and skills with adapting theoretical frameworks into practice. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at EY as an IT Auditor and Audit Associate. During this time, they advocated for task automation and explored new ways to utilize data analytics, developing several VBA-based automation tools. Since 2019, they have been working at Dooap as Head of Product Operations, where they designed and implemented a modern, tech-assisted control framework for SOC2 compliance and high security. Henri is also currently working on enabling efficient global operations under GDPR and exploring additional criteria, such as tooling for system availability. Prior to this, they also worked at Dooap as a Product Manager, where they translated business requirements into SaaS-ready development items and ensured service quality via T3 support.

Henri Rove obtained a Master's Degree in Economics from Aalto University in 2017.
