At its peak, Doodhwala processed over 1.2 million transactions every month, delivered 50,000 orders daily, and built a team of 1,300 people dedicated to ensuring fresh milk, groceries, and everyday essentials reached homes before 7 AM. Doodhwala pioneered the dark store and subscription model, combining technology, logistics, and hyperlocal distribution to make morning deliveries reliable and effortless.

Today, Doodhwala's operations has been acquired by FreshToHome. While the Doodhwala service has concluded, our mission continues through their platform.
