Héloïse Thon

Héloïse Thon has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Héloïse currently works as a Neurodivergent Coach, where they support individuals in identifying their strengths and overcoming challenges. Prior to this, they held roles at Doodle, starting as an HR Assistant and working their way up to Director of People Operations. In these positions, Héloïse was involved in implementing Agile HR, improving HR processes, managing payroll, and HRIS administration. Héloïse also worked as an HR/Payroll Coordinator at Audible, Inc., and as a Specialist in payroll and benefits administration at Zalando SE. Héloïse has also gained experience in recruitment as well as payroll advisory roles at BASF and BuroPartner, respectively.

Héloïse Thon obtained their Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Radboud University in 2015. Prior to that, they completed a Master's degree in Gestion des ressources humaines / administration du personnel, général from Institut catholique de Paris from 2013 to 2015. In 2012 to 2013, they obtained their Master 1 degree in Lettres modernes et Management général d'entreprise from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III). In terms of additional certifications, Héloïse became a Certified DEIB Specialist from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR in March 2022 and a Certified People Analytics Specialist from the same institution in February 2022. Héloïse also obtained the Agile HR Certified Practitioner certification from Agile HR Community in April 2021. Furthermore, in March 2023, Héloïse acquired the ICF Member Badge from the International Coaching Federation.
