Robert Hope has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Robert is currently employed at Doodle as the Head of Customer Support since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Vimeo as a Community Support Specialist from October 2015 to July 2019. Before that, they were an Associate Producer at Athena Media from June 2012 to October 2015, where they worked closely with the Managing Director on various television, radio, and digital projects. From 2006 to 2015, they were a Partner at West Pole Music & Management, coordinating musical projects, productions, and expanding into television and radio music placement. Robert also has experience in teaching English as an English Teacher at the Department of Education from September 2006 to May 2008. Robert started their career as a Studio Head at Wired FM in June 2003, where they were responsible for managing the radio studio and overseeing various tasks such as recruiting volunteers, organizing interviews, and ensuring compliance with defamation laws.
Robert Hope attended Davitt College, a secondary school, from 1995 to 2001. Robert then enrolled at the University of Limerick from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English, Media and Communication Studies. In 2004, Robert participated in a student exchange program at Regis University, where they studied Anthropology, Television and Criticism, Creative Writing and Poetry, and Advanced Guitar. Additionally, they obtained certifications in ECDL (European Computer Drivers License) and Level 6 Fundamentals of Television Research through FETAC (Further Education and Training Awards Council), but specific dates for obtaining these certifications were not provided.
