Michael Barone

Michael Barone is an experienced manager in the equipment rental and service industry, currently serving as Regional Service Manager for Door Systems ASSA ABLOY since May 2022. Previously, Michael held positions including Branch Manager at Door Systems ASSA ABLOY and Regional Manager for Liftex Equipment Rentals Inc., where Michael successfully established the company in the BC market through two greenfield locations. Michael's extensive background also includes serving as Vice President of the Aerial Division at WesternOne and President of Evolution Projects Ltd., showcasing expertise in operational efficiency, business development, and team leadership. Michael's foundational experience includes roles at Hi-Per High Reach Equipment and United Rentals, as well as military service as an Armoured Reconnaissance Soldier with the Canadian Armed Forces. Michael holds an Executive MBA from the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University and continues to pursue further education at various institutions.
