Eric Weber

Eric Weber is an accomplished asset management executive with extensive experience in strategic advisory and investment banking within the financial services sector. Currently, as a Board Member at DOOR Ventures Inc. and a Partner at Eldridge, Eric utilizes a wealth of knowledge gained over years of leadership roles, including Managing Director and COO at Freeman & Co., where they significantly contributed to the firm's growth in the asset management industry. Eric also served as Managing Director at Houlihan Lokey after the acquisition of Freeman & Co., and began their career as a consultant at Schafer Cullen Capital Management and Vice President at Quan-Vest Consultants. They hold an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Economics from the College of William & Mary, alongside the CFA charter.
