Ryan Swartz

Ryan Swartz is currently the Head of Information Security and Compliance at DOOR Ventures Inc. and serves as Chief Information Security Officer at Flagship Consulting. Previously, Ryan held various roles, including Chief Information Security Officer for the Maryland Judiciary, where they managed a comprehensive information security program for over 5,000 users. Their experience also includes positions as Audit and Compliance Manager and Information System Security Manager, focusing on risk management and security oversight. Ryan began their career as a Help Desk/Training Lead at L3 and worked as a Network Engineer at Northrop Grumman Corporation.
