Welles Hatch

Welles has been a leader in technology, operations and finance for both private and social sector organizations. In his 10 years at City Year, a national student success service provider he replaced legacy systems with best of class tools across business functions--including program management. He has spent his career building teams and other resources to enable scale operations, serving as CFO/COO for a range of growth stage organizations. Welles is an active member of Boston-area civic organizations, and currently serves as treasurer of The Scholarship Fund of Concord and Carlisle. Welles received his BA from University of Massachusetts/Amherst, and an MBA international business finance from the George Washington University.
