Jack Fitzpatrick is a Computer Engineering student at North Carolina State University, expected to graduate in 2027, with a solid foundation in both technical and customer service roles. As a Computer Engineering Intern at Actuate Facility Technologies in summer 2025, Jack researched and developed a hierarchical knowledge base for technical specifications and documented standard operating procedures to enhance future system modifications. Prior to this, Jack gained practical experience as a Crew Member at Blackhawk Hardware Inc., where responsibilities included customer education on plant care and operational tasks involving heavy machinery and handyman work. Additionally, Jack currently serves as a Campus Launcher Event Specialist for DoorDash, focusing on developing engaging events and marketing promotions for students. Jack graduated from Charlotte Catholic High School in 2023.
