Kimberly Hackman

Kimberly Hackman serves as the Sr. Director of Global Equity Programs at DoorDash since October 2022. Previously, Kimberly held the position of Director of Financial Wellbeing and Investment Services at Amazon from July 2011 to September 2022, where responsibilities included developing global equity compensation and retirement program strategies. Kimberly's experience also encompasses serving as a Board Director for the Global Equity Organization from July 2012 to July 2015 and working as the International Equity Compensation Manager at Starbucks Coffee Company from August 2006 to August 2011, focusing on international stock administration and compliance. Earlier in Kimberly's career, managerial duties at Expedia, Inc. involved overseeing equity plans for a large employee base across multiple countries.
