Murphy Goodwin

Murphy Goodwin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management, particularly in learning and employee experience. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at DoorDash since March 2021, Murphy has excelled in overseeing global learning and development initiatives, optimizing processes for enhanced learner experiences, and delivering comprehensive onboarding solutions. Prior to this, Murphy held key positions at Lyft, including Team Member Experience Lead Program Manager and Onboarding Specialist, where responsibilities ranged from designing onboarding programs to facilitating orientations for over 2000 team members.
