Bar Ziprut Levi has been working in the HR and Recruitment field since 2016. From 2016 to 2018, Bar worked as a Technical Recruiter at Ness Technologies | נס טכנולוגיות, where they sought candidates for complex positions within the technology field, conducted in-depth telephone interviews, published jobs at required sites, developed new recruitment sources, and trained new employees. From 2018 to 2020, Bar worked as a Technical Recruiter at SQLink Group, where they focused on recruitment for eBay and Verint, providing direct contact with hiring managers and being part of their recruitment teams. From 2020 to present, Bar has been working as an HR & Recruitment Manager at 6Knots, where they are responsible for recruitment processes end-to-end, building and creating recruitment infrastructure, interviewing, working with social networks, agencies, employee branding, and consulting managers and seniors. Bar will soon be joining DoorLoop in 2022 as an HR & Recruitment Manager, where they will be working on rental property management software for the real estate industry.

Bar Ziprut Levi obtained a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences and Human Resources from Ariel University between 2013 and 2016.
