Heney Leyva has extensive experience in customer experience and training, currently serving as the CX Training and Enablement Lead at DoorLoop since August 2025. Previously, Heney worked as a Repair and Services Experience Manager at Watches of Switzerland Group PLC, where service workflows were streamlined, improving repair turnaround and communication. As the Training Lead for the Onboarding Team at DoorLoop, Heney designed programs that significantly reduced client ramp-up time and improved adoption rates. Additionally, experience includes developing training for AV operators at Argo AI and roles at Apple as a Creative and Product Specialist. Education includes studies at Miami Dade College from 2013 to 2015.
