Katie Bugas

Katie Bugas is a seasoned professional in customer experience and success, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Experience at DoorLoop since September 2024. Prior to this role, Katie held various leadership positions at Triptease from March 2015 to May 2024, including Chief Customer Officer and Vice President of Customer Success. Earlier experience includes roles at onefinestay, where Katie advanced from Marketing Manager to New Locations Market Manager, and account management. Katie began their career as a Digital Marketing Assistant at Oasis Collections and as an English Language Assistant at the British Council. Educationally, Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages with Business from the University of Nottingham and A-Levels from Canford School.
